PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING CLAUSE

In accordance with Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016 (OJ L 119, 4.05.2016) ("GDPR"), we hereby inform you that the controller of your personal data is the Komos Foundation with its registered office in Warsaw (00-052), at ul. Mazowiecka 11/49, which can be contacted at the following email address: fundacja.komos@gmail.com. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of establishing contact and/or providing you with a response. The recipients of your personal data will only be entities authorized to obtain personal data under the law and entities involved in the contact (including IT service providers). Your personal data will be processed for the duration of correspondence and its archiving pursuant to separate legal provisions. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of your personal data, the right to object, and the right to data portability, in the cases specified in the GDPR. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e., the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. In the event of: a) establishing contact – we inform you that the personal data was obtained from legal, publicly available sources; b) responding to your correspondence – we inform you that the provision of personal data is necessary to respond to you or to conduct the matter resulting from your inquiry or request.

CONFIDENTIALITY CLAUSE

Therefore, they may contain information addressed only to the specified recipient. If the person receiving the message is not the intended recipient, please notify the sender by replying and then delete the message.
